(Multipurpose Liquid Waterproofing Coatings) CRETOPROOF LATEX
CRETOPROOF LATEX is a single component product based on modified SBR latex, designed for use as a ready to use Bonding agent, Waterproofing coating and Cement modifier. It is also used as an admixture for obtaining waterproof concrete, plasters and mortars. Meets the requirements of ASTM C 190-1985 standard.
Health & Safety
Adopt health & safety regulations in accordance with local laws. Care should be taken when handling CRETOPROOF LATEX as is may cause irritation due to its Cementitious nature (please refer to Material Safety Data Sheet for specifics). As typical on most job sites, applicators should wear protective clothing and gloves. Safety shoes and helmets must be worn by staff at all-times. Cretestone recommends the enforcement of stringent health and safety measures on all job sites.
Storage
Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.
Uses
Concrete repairs – Spalled concrete of floors, columns, beams, Chajjas, slabs, parapets etc.
Bond coat – bonding of masonry stone work & plastering
External rendering – Weatherproof & frost-resistant render
Waterproofing – Small roof terraces, sunken portions of toilets & bathrooms, Chajjas & balconies
Cladding – Fixing or re-fixing of slip bricks, tiles, stones & marble bedding
